Dr. Vinod Kumar Subramanian is a Senior Consultant Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeon in Bangalore with more than 18 years of experience in treating complex conditions affecting the heart, lungs, chest and major blood vessels.
His clinical expertise includes coronary artery bypass grafting, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, heart valve repair and replacement, aortic aneurysm and dissection surgery, thoracoscopic surgery, robotic-assisted thoracic surgery and complex vascular procedures.

Before joining SPARSH Hospital, Dr. Vinod served as Senior Consultant and Head of the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Manipal Hospital, Salem. During his tenure, the department performed more than 1,000 complex cardiothoracic surgeries, and he helped establish Salem's first minimally invasive cardiac surgery and ECMO programmes.
