Dr. Prarthana Karumbaiah K is a Paediatrician and Assistant Professor in the Department of Paediatrics at Ramaiah Memorial Hospital, Bangalore. She has 16 years of experience in the field of Paediatrics.

Dr. Prarthana Karumbaiah K has completed her MBBS and MD in Paediatrics. Following her MD in Paediatrics, she completed a Fellowship in Developmental and Behavioural Paediatrics under the aegis of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics.

She is trained in Neonatology, General Paediatrics, Paediatric Critical Care and Adolescent Medicine. She is also trained in Prechtl's General Movement Assessment, which helps in the early identification of developmental abnormalities in newborns.
