Dr. Prathima Reddy is a highly experienced Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in Bangalore with more than 28 years of clinical experience in comprehensive women’s healthcare, pregnancy management and advanced gynaecological surgery.

She currently serves as Director and Lead Consultant in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at SPARSH Hospital for Women and Children, Bangalore.

Dr. Prathima Reddy completed her MBBS from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belgaum, and subsequently underwent specialist training in the United Kingdom, where she obtained Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

She was later awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in recognition of her contribution to the field and also became a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

Dr. Prathima Reddy has extensive experience in managing high-risk pregnancies, particularly those complicated by heart disease, kidney disease, neurological disorders, diabetes and other medical conditions requiring multidisciplinary care.

She has a strong focus on evidence-based obstetric care and encourages normal vaginal delivery whenever clinically appropriate, including vaginal birth after caesarean section in carefully selected patients.
