Dr. Dileep Kumar Pasala is a highly skilled Interventional Nephrologist with specialized expertise in endovascular dialysis access interventions and surgical AV fistula creation. With advanced training under some of India’s leading nephrologists, he brings extensive hands-on experience in managing high-risk kidney transplants, dialysis access programs, and critical care nephrology.

He holds an MBBS, MD (General Medicine), DM (Nephrology), and FIIN (Fellowship in Interventional Nephrology – RGUHS, India’s first university-recognized fellowship in this field). Over the years, Dr. Pasala has performed and assisted in a wide range of complex procedures including:

• Endovascular Interventions: AV fistuloplasties, central vein angioplasties, stenting, declotting of thrombosed fistulas, tunneled catheter insertions/exchanges, fibrin sheath disruption, and renal artery interventions.
• Surgical Expertise: AVF creation (RCF, BCF, Reverse BBF), CAPD catheter insertions, and perioperative access care.
• Renal Replacement Therapies: Skilled in prescribing and managing all dialysis modalities including HD, HDF, CRRT, SLED, APD, CAPD, and plasmapheresis.
