Dr. Padma Sundaram has done her MBBS from Grant Medical College (Mumbai), MD in respiratory diseases from KEM Hospital (Mumbai) and DNB respiratory Medicine from National Board, Delhi. She was awarded the Raj Nanda Pulmonary fellowship and was trained in Sleep Medicine in UK. She has been practicing as pulmonologist since last 30 years initially in Mumbai and later in Bengaluru.

Helped setting up the department of respiratory medicine at a reputed hospital in Bengaluru; Worked as Lecturer and Associate Professor in Chest Medicine at TN Medical College Mumbai; Recognized Post graduate MD and DNB Professor; Member of Indian Chest Society and Karnataka Pulmonology Association; Published over 50 papers in national and international medical journals; Actively involved in management of Covid patients and rehabilitation of post Covid lung fibrosis patients
